Shipping

The Ultimate Match and other pyrotechnics are classified as hazardous products.

We are legally required to use a specialist hazmat courier to deliver your order.

Shipping to mainland USA is $29 for orders up to $75 and $19 for orders up to $149.

For orders over $149, we will cover the cost and provide you with FREE shipping when you enter the coupon code MATCH at checkout.

Please allow 1-2 business days to pick, pack, and process your order for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, transit time is based on where in the US the order is going.

Please note: we cannot guarantee Fedex’s shipping timelines once the package has left our facility.

• • Signature is required by someone 18+ on every delivery.  This cannot be waived.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once dispatched due to regulations of specialty hazmat shipping.  Customers should call FedEx with their tracking number and either request a hold at the sorting facility for direct pick up – or – schedule delivery at a time that is convenient for them.  (Please note: the closest FedEx facility may be hours away as Hazmat products are often held at an official sorting center)
  • FedEx will attempt to deliver your order 3 times.  If unsuccessful, they will hold the package for 5 business days for pick up.  Should that pick up window expire, FedEx will return the package to us.  Returned packages can either be refunded minus the shipping cost, or we offer a 1x courtesy re-ship
  • Due to the nature of the products, orders cannot be delivered to a FedEx retail center (i.e. Walgreens, Shipping Stores, etc)
  • Due to the nature of the products, orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box
  • Priority or expedited shipping is not available due to regulations of specialty hazmat shipments.  Hazmat Ground is the only available option
  • We cannot ship pyrotechnics to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico due to the regulations of specialty hazmat shipping
